A few examples that highlight the breadth of projects we take on within the real estate market include –
- Mapping out and successfully placing Spanish Asset Management and Transactional Senior Management for a London based team looking to put boots on the ground in Madrid.
- Building a market map of Logistics Fund Managers across Europe for a real estate private equity firm buying a portfolio that would bring them into new markets. Identifying the right candidates to lead the charge in new markets.
- Working alongside a boutique real estate PE fund to build out their team from Finance Director, Analyst, Associate, to Hotel Asset Manager, Office Asset Manager and a development team.
- Working for a well-known Global Real Estate Private Equity team to build out their UK team.
- Building a student housing team for one of the largest privately held real estate investors and asset managers in the world to enable them to take advantage of this sector across Europe.
- Placing full real estate teams on the ground (from Head of Real Estate down to Associate) in Ireland for RE private equity and top tier investment banking clients.
- Maintaining a long term relationship with a global real estate investor, being their go to search agent for senior hires in markets such as Spain, UK, Ireland.
