Juliet Ledbetter
Juliet co-founded Mayfly Search in 2008. She has built a successful real estate headhunting practice that has placed candidates and teams for some of the leading companies in the real estate market.
Prior to setting up Mayfly Search, Juliet worked with Tania at SouSou Partners in both London and New York, providing search services for clients across Europe and the United States. Before becoming a headhunter Juliet worked in the advertising industry in Dublin. She holds a First Class Post Graduate degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and a Bachelors degree in History & Sociology.
Tania Stewart
Tania co-founded Mayfly Search in 2008. During this time she has worked to establish a successful headhunting business that has grown year on year, placing candidates and teams for a variety of clients in the European real estate market.
Prior to Mayfly Search, Tania worked alongside Juliet at Sousou Partners in London as a Consultant, focussed on Real Estate clients in Europe and the Middle East. Before headhunting, Tania worked for a Business Training Company called The Mind Gym and in television (for The History Channel) in both London and New York. She graduated from the University of Bristol with a First Class Degree in Philosophy & Spanish.
Harriet Tissot
Harriet joined Mayfly Search as a researcher in 2012. Harriet was previously an Account Director at a boutique Travel PR and Marketing Agency, looking after some of the most exclusive hotels and resorts in the world, including Richard Branson’s Necker Island, Six Senses Hotels and Resorts and Sandy Lane in Barbados. She has an MA in History of Art from Edinburgh University.
